Matt Burleson, Evangelist
Matt Burleson grew up attending Churches of Christ in North Alabama, and was baptized at age 10. He preached his first sermon at 11 and recognized his calling to ministry at age 16. He pursued education at Heritage Christian University (BA, 2012), Harding School of Theology (MDiv, 2019), and Lipscomb University (DMin, 2024).
He met Hannah, his best friend and partner in life and ministry, in the spring of 2009. They were married in December of 2010. They now have three children: Manna, Asher, and Asa.
Prior to coming to Montana in 2018, Matt and Hannah served churches in Alabama and Arkansas. Matt served as a GFCC intern from 2018-19 and joined GFCC's ministry staff in his present role in December 2019.

Scott Laird, Evangelist
Scott grew up in Three Forks, MT. He became a disciple of Jesus through the Campus Ministry at MSU (Bozeman) in August 1978. That’s also where he met his wife, Patty. Scott and Patty have two children and four grandchildren (Brooklyn, Paisley, Hallie, and Harvey). Scott and Patty have served churches in Saskatoon, Boston, Toronto, Edmonton. They moved to Great Falls in November 1994. Scott is the longest serving minister in GFCC’s history. Through his ministry, the church has grown numerically and in health. Beginning in January 2025, Scott will transition into a new role as GFCC's Administrative Minister.

Pam Tomasovic, Administrative Assistant
Pam was born and raised in Missouri. She and her husband, Mike, met during college at the University of Missouri. They have two sons, Jacob (who passed away with a brain tumor) and Brad, who is a student at Carroll College. The Tomasovics moved to Great Falls in the spring of 2022. Pam became our Administrative Assistant in April 2023.

Zach Schenk, Youth-in-Family Minister
Zach Schenk was born and raised in southern Illinois. He attended Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas where he grew his faith and met his wife, Jennifer. He graduated in 2016 with his Masters in Clinical Counseling and his Educational Specialist degree. Zach and Jen returned to Montana after his graduation to be closer to family. They have two children; Jozie and Bennitt. Zach has worked in the mental health field since 2011 and as a Mental Health Therapist since 2016. Zach has since received additional education in addiction and trauma counseling. Some of this training includes EMDR 1 and 2 and Brain Spotting 1, 2, and 3. Zach works full-time for the Great Falls Public Schools as a Mental Health Therapist. He joined the church’s staff in the summer of 2020 as the counselor and then in August 2021 as an intern for Youth-In-Family Ministry. Following his internship, in August 2023 he continued the part-time role as the Youth-In-Family Minister.

Colton Raw, Intern
Colton Raw was born and raised in north central Iowa. He devoted his life to Christ and was baptized on February 18, 2019 in Phoenix, AZ. Around that same time, he met his future wife Alana, and they were married the next year. They recently welcomed a baby girl, Finley!
Colton and Alana spent their first year of marriage in Great Falls before moving to Lubbock, TX, to pursue Biblical education. Colton graduated from Sunset International Bible Institute in 2023 with a bachelors degree in Biblical Studies. He began his two-year internship with GFCC in January 2024. His area of focus in ministry is young adults and young families.
